Bella 2 is Bella Liveaboards' intimate northern Red Sea specialist — a comfortable, easygoing liveaboard designed for divers who want maximum underwater experience without needing a full week at sea. At 31 metres, with a published capacity of 20 guests, she is particularly well suited to Bella's Mini Safaris, combining a friendly small-boat atmosphere with the dive logistics, service and safety standards of the wider Bella fleet.
From Sharm El Sheikh, Bella 2 puts some of the northern Red Sea's greatest names within reach: Ras Mohammed, the Strait of Tiran, the legendary SS Thistlegorm and Dunraven, plus Dahab highlights including the Blue Hole and Canyon on selected routes. Shorter itineraries make her an excellent choice for divers adding a liveaboard to a longer Egypt holiday, returning Red Sea guests who want a focused wreck-and-reef escape, or groups looking for a sociable private charter.
Between dives, guests can relax in air-conditioned indoor spaces, a welcoming salon and dining area, shaded outdoor seating and sun loungers. Cabins are air-conditioned and en-suite, with sea-view options available. Fresh buffet-style meals, snacks and Bella's warm Egyptian hospitality keep the experience relaxed from check-in to the final dive. Safety information:
Bella 2 carries oxygen, first-aid kits, life vests, emergency rafts, radar, GPS, VHF/DSC/SSB radio, satellite and mobile communications, engine-room CCTV, fire alarms/extinguishers and emergency flares. Two tenders are available. Crew are trained in first aid. Dive and sailing plans remain subject to weather, sea state, permits and captain/dive-team judgement.
Other activities offered by the center:
Snorkelling/non-diver participation; private full-boat charters; Discover Scuba Diving; PADI training and Specialty Courses by prior arrangement, including Enriched Air Nitrox, Deep Diver and more; relaxed sun-deck time and social areas. Bella can also assist guests with airport/hotel transfers and pre-/post-cruise arrangements on request.
Opening days and annual closure:
Bella Liveaboards operates scheduled Red Sea safaris throughout the year, with individual vessel schedules and routes varying seasonally. There is no fixed annual closure stated publicly; check the current schedule for live departure dates.
