French Touch Diving is a friendly and professional dive center located in Panglao, Bohol, in the heart of the Philippines. Our international and multilingual team welcomes beginners, certified divers, families and future dive professionals in a relaxed environment where safety, personalized supervision and quality diving are our priorities.
We offer SSI,SDI, PADI and CMAS/FFESSM diving, with programs for every level. You can experience your first scuba dive, earn your Open Water certification, continue with advanced and specialty courses, or progress all the way to professional-level training, including Divemaster and Instructor programs.
For certified divers, we organize daily dive trips around Panglao as well as excursions to some of Bohol's most famous dive areas, including Balicasag and Pamilacan. Tropical reefs, walls, turtles, schools of fish, macro life and the exceptional marine biodiversity of the Philippines provide a wide variety of diving experiences.
French Touch Diving is also ideal for families and non-divers. We organize snorkeling trips where everyone can enjoy Bohol's tropical waters, even without a scuba certification.
And Bohol is much more than diving. Through our excursions and tours, visitors can also discover the island's essential attractions and landscapes: Chocolate Hills, Philippine tarsiers, tropical countryside, rivers, beaches and local culture.

French Touch Diving does not currently offer accommodation directly on-site. However, we work with several accommodation options in Panglao, from affordable guesthouses and small resorts to high-end beachfront resorts.
Agreements or discounts with partner accommodations:
We work with a selection of accommodations for different budgets, including South Palms Resort and Spa Panglao - MGallery Collection, Oceanica Resort Panglao and Bohol Beach Club for guests looking for premium beachfront accommodation. More affordable options include Alona Garden Suites, Ecostay Panglao Resort Hotel and Matilou Resort. Accommodation options can be proposed according to your budget, preferred location and type of stay.

Safety information:
Safety is our priority. All dives are organized according to diver certification, experience, sea conditions and local regulations. A complete safety briefing is provided before each dive. Our boats carry appropriate safety equipment, including emergency oxygen. Divers are asked to inform our team of any medical condition and to respect the instructions of their dive professional. For courses and introductory dives, SSI, PADI or CMAS/FFESSM SDI standards are followed according to the selected program.
Other activities offered by the center:
In addition to scuba diving, French Touch Diving organizes snorkeling excursions to Balicasag and Pamilacan, activities for families and non-divers, private boat trips and land tours around Bohol. We can help visitors discover the island’s highlights, including the Chocolate Hills, Philippine tarsiers, tropical countryside, beaches and other must-see attractions. Transfers, accommodation and complete diving holiday packages can also be arranged.
Opening days and annual closure:
French Touch Diving is open 365 days a year, including weekends and public holidays. Diving, snorkeling and excursions operate throughout the year, subject to weather, sea conditions, local regulations and availability. Advance booking is highly recommended for Balicasag due to the limited number of daily permits.

I had a wonderful time with my diving instructor, Terry, during my discovery dive. We also got some great photos taken by our guide, Nolly, while snorkeling at Balisacag Island. Both Terry and Nolly were incredibly kind, professional, and energetic. Nolly even dove all the way to the seabed to take photos for us, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend trying any of the tours and experiences they offer. They provide services in both French and English, which helps you feel comfortable and reassured throughout the dive. Although I didn't think I would need a wetsuit for snorkeling, they provided one just in case. It turned out to be very useful because I got stung by a jellyfish. I definitely recommend wearing the wetsuit they offer. Great people, a great location, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We had a good experience with diving having professional and kind divers. Mika is knowledgeable, experienced, kind and phenomenal. He provided great support for first time divers like us. All of the staff were great from beginning to end. We also enjoyed snorkelling assisted by staff and local people of Bohol. Highly recommended company. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. Only way to get a response is to leave a bad review. Pics of email chain with dates below. I emailed French Touch Diving on Feb 7th, over a month ahead of time, asking about a Pamilacan trip. They responded 2 days later saying they didn't have any Pamilacan trips but they had 2 spots left on the Balicasag trip. I responded the next day (Feb 10th) asking to be put on the Balicasag trip. I emailed back AGAIN on Feb 13th because I hadn't gotten a response back. Still no response and I What'sApp messaged as well. Nothing. Nori finally responds on Feb 16th that "Good news, the spots are still available!" and says to check out the attachment on how to make my deposit, but she forgot to attach the document so there was no way to pay. I reply back an hour later to please send the attachment and offer other ways to pay as well. They finally reply back 2 days later that the trip is now booked and I am unable to join the Balicasag trip. Meanwhile, the other dive shop that had availability now no longer has availability so I am unable to do the Balicasag trip which is the reason I am including Panglao on my trip. Photos of email chain below to show that my review is valid and that their response is a lie. I was not able to provide payment because they did not send an attachment when they said "You will find our bank details (RIB) attached." - It wasn't attached. I had no way of paying. But MAGICALLY after leaving a 1 star review, they were then able to try to make it work?? And I'm now apparently on their schedule for Balicasag even though I have done none of the requirements they say that "You cannot reserve a spot with the authorities without these document and payment". And your comment about the only reviews that matter are the ones from clients who have actually used your services? The booking process is a part of your service. People spend thousands of dollars and countless hours planning a trip over here. Working with you to go on incredible dives should be the easiest way to prove that you are a "Professional, established company in Panglao." Replying to an email or whatsapp message is the easiest way, and first way, to make a happy customer. Too late. You messed up and only tried to help after screwing me over and having the 1 star review posted.

We strongly recommend this diving center. Perfect for french / non-french speakers. We did several dives (local, Balicasag), as well as a mix of dives/snorkeling (Pamilacan) with them. The dive masters were attentive to our equipment, and different levels. Everything went smoothly and was well coordinated. Plus: - We had water, fresh ananas (the best one we had!) & cake on board. - We had a delicious lunch at Pamilican (the view is breathtaking) before snorkeling - I decided to switch from diving to snorkeling at Pamilacan last minute, and they were very flexible and understanding.
